Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 390CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 390 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON, APPROVING MODIFICATIONS TO THE FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, Medina Municipal Code (MMC) 3.64.010 and 20.14.040(B) delegates to the City Manager or designee the authority to establish, increase or decrease fees for services provided by the city; and WHEREAS, MMC 20.14.040(C) requires the fee schedule and any modifications thereto to be submitted to the City Council for consideration and the City Council may approve, reject or modify the proposed fee schedule or any modifications thereto; and WHEREAS, the City Council approved Resolution No. 389 establishing a fee schedule effective on January 1, 2017; and WHEREAS, the Director of Development Services, as the City Manager designee, has prepared and submitted modifications to the fee schedule to the City Council at their regular meetings of February 13, 2017. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE THAT THE MODIFICATIONS TO THE SCHEDULE OF FEES ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A" ARE APPROVED AND SHALL GO INTO EFFECT FEBRUARY 14T" 2017.
