Home My WebLink AboutResolution No. 396CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 396 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON SETTING FORTH FEE REQUIREMENTS FOR VARIOUS SERVICES, PERMITS AND APPLICATIONS WITHIN THE CITY WHEREAS, the Council desires to list all of the fees for various services, permits and applications within the City in a single document; and WHEREAS, fees must be reevaluated and adjusted regularly; and WHEREAS, the Washington State Legislature passed E2SHB 1622, which increased the fees to be paid to the State Building Code Council effective July 1, 2018, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA that the attached FEE SCHEDULE shall take effect within the City of Medina, Washington on July 1, 2018.
