Z.ubko moved to close the Public Hearing portion of the meet:,-r,q_, seconded by Hull. Guyton voted naye, passed. Planninq Consultant. Burke stated that in response to the (_'it.y Council's request, he and the City c:ngir;ee:r, Greg Hill, had — prepared an analysis of the alternatives for a second access to NE 1 'th for the Over lake Golf and Country Club. He also crave review on the City's Comprehensive Plan, on the Planning Commission approval process: and he reviewed the conditions placed on the Country Club by the Planning Commi.=_:sion. He discue �•ed the drawings he submitted showing four alternative prc,posal.s :r,t thF entrance. He comc?ared the proposed alternatives and options. Planner Burke stated that of the alternative: analy_ed, he believes that the prupa�_ al of the Cr_Intry Club with a or'e-way entrance from 12th adDacent to the 8Ctth Street ROW and a one-way exit or, 16th v;t, is a reasc,nable, workable solution when taker, i.r, context of the remaining ter, ccr,nditions imposed by the Planning Commission.
