Commissioners Present: Langworthy, Preston, Raskin, Reeves and Smith Commissioners Absent Staff Present Nelson and Schubring Keyser and McKenna Keyser made the following announcements: • There is a Parliamentary training scheduled March 23'd from 5:OOpm to 8:OOpm. • The Senate bill allowing duplexes on every residential lot only affects cities with a population of 10,000 or more. • The joint Council — Planning Commission leadership meeting is scheduled for Friday February 281" • Development Services Coordinator, Kristin McKenna, announced her retirement. Preston made the following announcement: • Seeking input from the Commissioners on ways to create community interaction to help residents get to know their city better during the City of Medina 65t" anniversary celebration. Keyser will seek direction from Council on potential community outreach on options 1 and 3 and bring the results to a future Planning Commission meeting.
