Commissioners Present Commissioners Absent: Staff Present: None Langworthy, Nelson, Raskin, Reeves, Smith, Schubring and Preston None Keyser and Kellison 1. Minutes from the June 23, 2020 special meeting. ACTION: Motion Reeves second Nelson. Approved 7-0 None 1. Subject: Continuing Discussion on Mitigating Bulk Keyser continued to discuss mitigating bulk and shared feedback from surveys taken by architects and residents in the City. The Commissioners provided input and asked questions. Staff responded. During that meeting, we did not have enough time to fully talk about original grade vs. average grade. The possibility of moving to a process similar to Clyde Hill where they have original grade mapped for each parcel was also discussed. To inform the conversation, below are descriptions of how surrounding cities measure height.
