Profile Development Week 1-2 GMP: Meet with key stakeholders & create
position profile
Advertising Weeks 3-7 GMP: Post online ads; send direct mailing
First Review Week 8-9 GMP: Conduct preliminary interviews with most
promising candidates
Work Session Week 10 GMP & City: Meet to review semifinalists and
choose finalist candidates
