ORDINANCENO386ANORDINANCECREATINGACLAINSCLEARINGFUNDFORTHECITYOFMEDINAANDDIRECTINGALLPAYNENTSFURCLAIMSBENADETHEREFRONANDMARRANTSDRANNTHEREONTOBEFUNDEDBYANAPPROPRIATEBUDGETACCOUNTOFTHECITYBEITORDAINEDBYTHECTTYCOUNCILOFTHECITYOFMEDINAASFOLLONSSECTIONICLAIHSCLEARINGFUNDTheretscreatedafundknownenddesignatedastheClaimsClearingFundIntowhichshallbepaidandtransferredfreethevariousdepartmentsanamountofmoneyequaltothevariousclaimsagainsttheCItyforanyauthorizedpurposeSECTIONIITRANSFEROFFUNDSNhenevertttsdeemednecessarytheCttyClerktsauthorizedempoweredanddirectedtotransferfreethefundsofthevartousdepartmentstotheClatmsCleartngFundsufficientmoneystopaytheclatmsagainstthevariousdepartmentsoftheCItySECTIONIllPURPOSEOFEXPENDITURESTheClaimsCleartrigFundshallbeusedandpaymentstherefreeshouldhemodeonlyforthepurposeofpayingsalartesorwagesemployeedeductionsclaimsformotertalfurnishedorservicesrenderedSECTIONIVISSUANCEOFMARRANTSTheCityClerkIsauthorizedempoweredanddtrectedtoIssuewarrantsonandagainstthefundforpa3nentsauthorizedunderSecttonIIIofthlsOrdlnanceThewarrantsshallbeIssuedonlyaftertherehasbeenfiledwiththeCltyClerkproperpa3mollandttmocardsdueandauthorizedbtllsstatingthenatureoftheservicerenderedtheamountdueorowingandpersonentttledtheretoorauthorizedvoucherstatingthesameAllwarrantstssuedonoragainstthefundshallbesolelyandonlyforthepurposeshereInsetforthandshallbepaableonlyoutofandfromthefundEachwarrantIssuedundertheprovisionsofthissecttonshallhaveonItsfacethewordsClatmsClearingFundSECTIONVThatthisordinanceshallbetneffectflvedaysafter1ispassageapprovalandpublicationIntroducedandpassedbyunanimousvoteoftheCItyCounciloftheCItyofHedtnathis12thdayofSeptemberlg3GORDONGRIFFERekYORCk
