ORDINANCE NO. 467
AN ORDINANCE establishing penalties for violation of
ordinances of the City of Medina which do not set forth specific
punishments:
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Penalty:
A. Any person violating any of the provisions or
failing to comply with any of the mandatory requirements of any
ordinance of the City of Medina is guilty of a violation. Except
in cases where a different punishment is prescribed by ordinance,
any person convicted of a violation of the ordinances of the City
of Medina shall be punished by a fine not to exeed Five Hundred
Dollars ($S00).
B. Each such person is guilty of a seperate offense for
each and every day during any portion of which any violation of
any provision of the ordinances of Medina is committed, continued
or permitted by any such person, and he is punishable
accordingly.
Section 2: Effective Date: This ordinance shall take
effect five (5) days after its publication or the publication of
a summary of its intent and content.

COUNCIL ON THE llth DAY OF JANUARY, 1988, AND SIGNED IN
