AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MEDINA AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 847
2010 BUDGET AMENDMENT
WHEREAS, the Medina City Council enacted Ordinance 847 on November 9, 2009,
approving the budget for 2010; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase revenues and expenditures based on grants and
funding allocations that were not included at the time of passage of Ordinance 847; and
WHEREAS, this ordinance has been approved at least five days after its introduction as
required by RCW 35A.33.090;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA,
WASHINGTON, DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 847 is hereby amended to set total revenues at $6,047,880
and total expenditures at $7,969,621 as summarized below.

Amendment A (Amended)
SECTION 2. The City Manager is authorized to make any transfers necessary to carry
out the terms of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The effective date of this ordinance shall be (5) days after its publication
of a summary of its intent and contents.

COUNCIL ON THIS 8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2010, AND SIGNED IN
