HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 0875CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON ORDINANCE NO 875 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 593 WHEREAS, the Medina City Council enacted Ordinance No. 593 on December 22, 1994 establishing a Petty Cash Fund. WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase the dollar amount of the Petty Cash Fund. WHEREAS, this ordinance has been approved at least five days after its introduction as required by RCW 35A.33.090. SECTION 1. Establishment of a Petty Cash Fund There is established in the City of Medina a fund to be known as the "Petty Cash Fund". This fund is to be used solely for the purpose of making payment and/or small reimbursements for city related purchases. SECTION 2. Amount of Petty Cash Fund The fund shall be established in the City of Medina in the initial sum of $100.00. SUM AMOUNT SHALL BE AMENDED to establish a Petty Cash Fund in the amount of $200.00. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE The effective date of this ordinance shall be five (5) days after its publication of a summary of its intent and contents.
