Consent is granted by the Town Council of the Town of Medina that there may be annexed to the Bellevue Sewer District any and all of the following described lands located within the corporate limits of the Town of Medina, King County, Washington, to wit: 6ituate in King t"ouhty, State of Washington (a) AllofSection 24, Twp. 25 N.R. 4 EWM, except Gov't Lots 1, 2 and 3 thereof, together with second class shorelands adjoining. (b) All of Sec. 25 Twp. 25 N.R. 4 EVlM, together with second class shorelands adjoining: (C) Government lots I and 2 of '-so. 36, Twp. 25 N.R. 4 EWM together with second class shorelands adjoining. of the S. 1/2 of Section 30, Township 25 North, Range 5 East, W.M. which is in the south corporate boundary of the Town of Clyde Hill; Thence leaving the boundary of the Bellevue Sewer District and following the corporate boundary of the Town of Clyde Hill, westerly along said north line of the S. 1/2 of the 3. 1/2 of Section 30 to an intersection with the center line of 84th Avenue A. E.; thence northerly along the center line of 84th Avenue N. E. to the center line of N. E. 28th Street (Lake Washington Boulevard); thepq��� easterly and northerly along the center line of Lake Washington HoU-sard to an intersection with the northerly production of the center fine of 98th Avenue N. E.; thence southerly along said production and the center line of 98th Avenue N. E. to the north boundary of Lake Washington Garden Tracts as recorded in Volume 9 of Plats, Page 11, Records of King County; thence westerly to the northeast corner of Lot 3 of said Lake Washington Garden Tracts; thence southerly along the east line of said Lot 3 to the north margin of Lot 7 Cascade Peak as recorded in Volume 43 of Plats, Page 39, Records of King County; thence west to the northwest corner of said Lot 7, thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 7 and continuing southerly along the west line of Lot 14 and the southerly production thereof to the center line of N. E. 14th Street; thence westerly to an intersection with 98th Avenue N. E.; thence southerly along the center line of 98th Avenue N. E. to the north line of Lot 8, Block 2, Cherry Hill Addition, as recorded in Volume 50 of Plats, Page 47, Records of King County; thence westerly to the northwest corner of said Lot 8; thence southerly along the west line of said Lot 8 to the north line of the S. 1/2 of the S. 1/2 of Section 30, Township 25, North Range 5, E. W. M., (the north line of Vuecrest Addition and the existing boundary of the Bellevue Sewer District); Thence leaving the corporate boundary of the Town of Clyde Hill and following the existing boundary of the Bellevue Sewer District, easterly along time north line of Vuecrest Addition to the centerline of 100th Ave. N. E.; thence south along the center line of 100th Avenue N. E. to an intersection with the center line of N. E. 8th Street; thence east along the center line of N. E. 8th Street to a point 990 feet west of the extension of the center line of 105th Avenue S. E.; thence north a distance of 660 feet; _2_ Thence east a distance of 990 feet to a point on the extended center line of 105th Avenue S. E.; thence leaving the existing boundary of the Bellevue Sewer District, easterly to a point 660 feet north of N. E. 8th Street and midway between 104th Avenue N. E. and 108th Avenue N. E. thence northerly along a line midway between 104th Avenue N. E. and 108th Avenue N. E. to the south boundary of the Diamond "S" Ranch Plat; thence east along the south boundary* of the Diamond "S" Ranch Plat to the east line of the N. W. 1/4 of Section 29, Township 25 North, Range 5 East, W.M.; thence north along the east line of the N. W. 1/4 of said Section 29 and along the east line of the W. 1/2 Section 20, Township 25 North,, Range 5 East, W.M. to the northeast corner of the S. E. l/4 of the N. W. 1/4 of said Section 20; Thence west along the north line of S. E. 1/4 of the N. W. 1/4 of said Section 20 to the east line of the west 132 feet of the E, 1/2 of the S. E. l/4 of the N.W. 1/4 of said Section 20; thence south along the east line of the west 132 feet of the E. 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 20 to the south line of the north 149 feet of the E. 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 203 thence west along the south line of the north 149 feet of the E. 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section 20 to the east line of Tract 3, Northup's Acre Tracts; thence west along the south line of the north 18 feet of Tract 3, Northup's Acre Tracts to the center line of N. E. Northup Way; thence northwesterly along the center line of N.E. Northup Way to an intersection with the center line of N. E. Lake Washington Boulevard; thence northerly along the center line of Lake Washington Boulevard to an intersection with the south line of Section 17, Township 25, North, Range 5 East, W. M.; thence westerly along the south line of said Section 17 to the meander comer between Sections 17 and 20 in said Township 25 North on the Governmentmeander line on the east side of Lake Washington; thence northerly along said meander line to an inter- section with the shore line on the east side of Lake Washington; thence along the shore line of Lake Washington to the point of beginning, together with all shore lands adjoining. Section 2. The foregoing consent and approvals are given without prejudice to the rights of the Town of Medina and the rights of the Bellevue Sewer District to contract with each other with respect to sewer service and ownership operation and maintenance of the sewage system and the collection of revenues and assessments in connection therewith and are given without prejudice of the town to exercise such rights with reference to taking over or operating the system of said Sewer District as the town would have, except for the foregoing consent and approval. r-'p PASSED by the Town Council on the day of & 1955, and signed in authentication of its passage this �y, day of fJ r/N 1955.
