HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 016RESOLUTION NO. 16 TRANSFER RESOLUTION AND REQUEST FOR THE DIRECTOR OF HIGHWAYS TO PERFORM CERTAIN WORK Before the CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the CITY OF MEDINA that the Director of Highways is authorized and directed to place traffic strips on certain city streets as directed to the amount of Four hundred Seventy Five and 00/000 ($475.00) Dollars, and THE STATE AUDITOR IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED to reserve from monthly fuel tax al- lotments the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the money reasonably anticipated to accrue to the credit of the CITY OF MEDINA in the motor Vehicle Fluid during the current bienium; and Upon notice to said auditor from the Director of Highways and the aforesaid work has been completed, and a statement of cost has been furnished the CITY OF MEDINA of the cost of all labor, equipment, material, supplies, and engineering, the State Auditor is further authorized and directed to effect reimbursement to the Department of Highways in the amount of such cost from the balance to be released to the CITY OF MEDINA and to be included in the next succeeding warrant covering the fuel tax allotments; all in accordance with Section 11, Chapter 82 of the Session laws of 1943- Adopted by the CITY OF MEDINA this 9th day of September 1957- ATTEST: yn 1AQ�u7 MARY M.FIT ERA ITY CLERK STATE OF WASHINGTON) ss COUNTY OF KING ) 0 E R T IFLI CA I t I, the undersigned, MARY M. FITZGERALD, being the duly appointed qualified and acting Clerk of the City of Medina, Washington, do hereby certify that the attached and foregoing Resolution No. 16 of the City of Medina was duly passed by the City Council on the 9th day of Sept- ember, 1957; and I further certify that said Resolution No. 16 has not been amended or repealed and the same, as of the date hereof, is in full force and effect.
