RESOLUTION NO, 3 6
A RESOLUTION authorizing investments in the Seattle Federal
Savings & Loan, First Federal Savings & Loan, Union Federal
Savings & Loan, and Pacific First Federal Savings & Loan
Associations.
WRIlB.EAS, the City is authorized by law to invest
Inactive funds, or City monies in excess of its current
needs in savings and loan associations, (RCW 33.52.010); and
WHEREAS, the institutions here designated and the
savings and loan associations previously designated by
resolution No. 30 permit of Investment in each such institu-
tion of up to $10,000 of each statutory fund of the City
which investments are insured by the Federal Savings & Loan
Insurance Corporation, an agency of the United States,
Now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Treasurer, or other person
to whom his responsibility may be delegated, is
hereby authorized to invest up to $10,000.00 of
each statutory fund of the City in each or any
of the following institutions:
Lincoln First Federal Savings & Loan Assoc.
Eastalde Savings & Loan Association,
Seattle Federal Savings & Loan
Association,
First Federal Savings & Loan
Association,
Union Federal Savings & Loan
Association, and
Pacific First Federal Savings
& Loan Association.
THIS RESOLUTION adopted this h day of November, 1960,

I, the undersigned, MARY M. FITZGERALD, being the
duly appointed, qualified and acting Clerk of the City
of Medina, Washington, do hereby certify that the at-
tached and foregoing Resolution No. of the City
of Medina was duly passed by the City Council on the
day of 1960; and
I further certify that said Resolution No.
has not been amended or repealed and the same, as of
date hereof, is in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I hereunto subscribed my name
and affixed the official seal of the Town of Medina,
Washington, this day of 1960.

The addition of a pedestrian separation structure at approxi-
mately Sta. 217*80.
The addition of a pedestrian walking path with crashed stone
surfacing, within the proposed right of wary but outside 'of
proposed fencing on the left between Ste. 217*80 and Bluth Ave.
H.&, and on the right between Sta. 228*20 and 8$th Ave. H.E.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution shall be transmitted
to the Washington State Highway Coniasion at Olympia, Washington.
