HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 105a�yri _J CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 105 A RESOLUTION adopting a comprehensive street program for the six. year period commencing January I, 1971. WHEREAS, the City is by Section 2 of Chapter 195, Laws of 1961 required to prepare and adopt a comprehensivestreetprogram for the six years ensuing after January 1, 1971, and file the same with the !Director of Highways; and WHEREAS, a public hearing upon such a proposed plan was had before the City Council of the City of Medina, on July 12, 1971, where all 'interested persons were given opportunity to present their views on such proposed plan. Now, therefore, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Six Year Street Improvement Adopted. The following program of street improvement is hereby approved and adopted by the City of Medina: •1971 Overlake Drive from Evergreen Point Road to Lake Washington 1972 Boulevard - Grading, Paving and Draining 1973 N.E. Bth Street from Evergreen Point Road to 82nd Avenue N.E. - from N.E. 8th Street to N.E. 12th Street — Grading, Draining., Paving 1974 The development and construction of a paved road along 80th Avenue N.E. north of 12th Street to N.E. 16th Street. 1975 N.E. 6th Street from 86th Avenue N.E. and 88th Avenue N.E. Grading and paving 1976 86th Avenue N.E. from N.E. 9th to N.E, 10th Street. Grading and paving. Section 2. Filing. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file an authenticated copy of this resolution with the Director of Highways no more than thirty days after adoption of this resolution..
