HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 115CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION No. 115 A RESOLUTION of the City Council of the City of Medina, Washington, regarding outdoor fires WUXjgAR, the Board of Directors of the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency is considering certain Amendments to Regulation 1 Section 1.07 and Section 9.02 regarding outdoor fires and have solicited views of interested parties prior to and during a public hearing on December 13, 1972, and MMMAS, the Council of the City of Medina believes Section 9.02 of Regulation 1 to be unnecessarily restrictive in certain respects, NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Medina: A! Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Regulation No. 1 should be - amended to permit residential burning of natural vegetation _;...znal.l. outdoor fires at all times between sunrise and sunset except during an air pollution episode or when prohibited by applicable laws, rules or regulations of any Governmental Agency having jurisdiction over such fires.
