Resolution No. 191
A RESOLUTION adopting the Six Year Transportation Improvement
program including proposed Urban Arterial Trust Fund Projects.
WHEREAS, the City of Medina is required by RCW 35.77.010 and RCW
35.81.121 to prepare, adopt and file a Six Year Transportation
Improvement Program with the State of Washington Department of
Transportation, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed and submitted a
Comprehensive Transportation Improvement Plan for Council
consideration.
Now, Therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MEDINA THAT THE FOLLOWING SIX YEAR TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM, INCLUDING PROPOSED URBAN ARTERIAL TRUST FUND PROJECTS IS
HEREBY ADOPTED:
Section 1. SIX YEAR STREET IMPROVEMENT ADOPTED
1989 EVERGREEN POINT ROAD
Overlake Drive West to N.E. 8th St. Work to
include installation of storm drainage system,
structural section repair, sidewalks, curbs, and
asphalt concrete overlay.

Medina 20,000
1990/91 N.E. 28th STREET
Evergreen Point Road to 80th Ave. NE Phased con-
struction is proposed to include installation of
storm drainage system, structural section repair
and asphalt concrete overlay.
Total $168 000

1992 80TH AVENUE NE
NE 24th St. to NE 28th St. Work to include
installation of storm drainage system, structural
section repair, and asphalt concrete overlay.
Total $128,000
1993 81ST AVENUE NE
NE 8th St. to Overlake Dr. W. Work to include
installation of storm drainage system,
structural section repair and asphalt concrete
overlay.
Total $ 66,000
1994 78TH AVENUE NE
NE 24th St. to NE 28th St. Work to include
installation of storm drainage system, structural
section repair and asphalt concrete overlay.
Total $168,000
Section 2. FILING The City Clerk is hereby instructed to file
an authenticated copy of this resolution with the Director of
Highways no more than thirty (30) days after adoption of the
Resolution.
