THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON, does adopt the following findings of fact: 1. The fees currently charged by the City are not adequate to pay for development and permit processing and review. 2. The attached schedule of fees has been established to recover the actual costs of providing the services described in the schedule. Based on the findings of fact set forth above, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MEDINA, WASHINGTON, does resolve as follows: RESOLVED that the schedule of fees attached hereto as Exhibit A is adopted, effective immediately.
