TERMS OF AMENDMENT: Licensor will add a second Recording license under Subscriber's Legislative Basic subscription with all of the same features and usability as the original Recording license. The second license will be discounted by 50% to reflect the lighter use for overlap meetings, priced at $100/Mo. The invoice will be pro -rated for the remainder of the subscription term, starting 10/1/2020. All other terms and conditions of the original contract shall remain in effect. AV Capture All, Inc.
