Corrections were made to thn Agreement.
Reagan agreed to present P corracted copy of the Agreement to the
Town of Clyde hill for their reviaw and approval.

The Building Official reviowed the ordinancas covering buildin,',',
construction in Acaina. He recommended using the UBC an the base
on which to structure permit requirements. PC stated a
reasonable dollar limit should be somewhere between 070 and
01,500, as long as the repair is not structural or does not
require inspection or revTow to 7scortcin compliance with
specific laws that relate to neolth, sifety, and public wclfopc.
Discussion followed.
The Nayor requested ling and 7rickson worV together to develop
some recommendations to present to the Council for the Februnry
meeting.

Acting Chief of Police Wilson submitted a report on the nc*,,
patrol units. The Council snit they would lonve it up to his
discretion an what choice would work out the best for th:�
department. His report was acceptad as presented.

Reagan moved to accept Cimims Warrynt 11537 - 1536, and Payroll
