Revenue: Total Annual Revenue YTD as of April 30, 2010 was $98K higher than YTD 2009. - Property Tax was $15K higher for YTD 2010 compared to YTD 2009. - Sales Tax was ($106K) lower for YTD 2010 compared to YTD 2009. - REET (Real Estate Excise Tax) was ($27K) lower for YTD 2010 compared to YTD 2009. - Intergovernmental Revenue was $115K higher for YTD 2010 compared to YTD 2009. Expense: Total Annual Expense YTD as of April 30, 2010 was $1.6M for both 2010 and April 30, 2009. Financial System Conversion: Phase III of the conversion took place in April. The Vision Cash Management Module was installed and we went "live" last week. Cash Receipts are now being generated at the counter from our new Vision Financial System. It was not possible to update the Chart of Accounts with a "Programming" solution from Vision. I have gone into the Chart of Accounts and completed the updates manually. I was able to pull April Reports from Vision. We have a couple of minor kinks which Vision will complete over the next couple of weeks. Annual Report: We will meet the deadline of May 30, 2010 for filing of the Annual Report.
